We collect information needed to run your account and learning flow.

• Email address for login, account communication, and receipts.
• One-time password attempts and session records for authentication.
• Learning activity such as lesson attempts, saved vocabulary, review results, progress metrics, and TEF exam window preference.
• Purchase records such as selected package, amount paid, Stripe checkout session ID, receipt link, and access window.
• Basic technical logs used for security, debugging, and service reliability.

Payments are processed by Stripe. FrancoMind does not store full card numbers, CVC codes, or bank account details. Stripe may collect payment method details, billing details, tax information, fraud signals, and transaction metadata under its own policies.

• Authenticate your account with email OTP.
• Provide listening practice, vocabulary review, and progress tracking.
• Apply access rules for free and paid packages.
• Send access, purchase, and expiry-related emails.
• Prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve product quality.
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, and payment compliance requirements.

We use trusted providers to operate FrancoMind: MongoDB for application data, AWS SES for email delivery, Cloudflare R2 for private lesson audio storage, Stripe for payments and tax support, and hosting/logging providers for deployment and reliability.

Saved vocabulary, review history, and progress remain available after a paid access window expires. We keep account and learning data while your account is active unless deletion is requested or retention is required for legal, security, payment, or accounting reasons.

FrancoMind uses necessary cookies or similar session storage to keep you signed in and protect your account. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

You may contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information. Some purchase and security records may be retained when required by law or legitimate business obligations.
